-Note that you should use a 16-oz. package of pasta (not 8-oz.). I also added 8 pieces of bacon (crumbled) - definitely would recommend that!

*Cake Balls!

Ingredients:
  • 1 Package of cake mix (yellow or red velvet)
  • 1/2 Can of Cream Cheese Icing
  • 1 Package of Bark (white chocolate, chocolate or vanilla)
  • Toppings
Cook the cake according to the directions on the box. Once the cake has cooled, crumble it in a large mixing bowl. Add the icing, and mix until it is completely blended, and the mixture has a "play-doh" texture. Roll the cake into bite-sized balls, and place onto wax paper. Chill the balls (overnight, if you can) - this will help with the dipping.
Once the balls are chilled and not easily crumbly, remove them from the fridge. Melt the bark over low heat, according to the package instructions. Use toothpicks to dip the balls into the melted bark and cover as desired. Place the balls onto a sheet of wax paper, and remove the toothpick from the top. Quickly, add your desired toppings, carefully covering the hole from the toothpick. Makes about 60 cakeballs.
